Founded and led by Austrian-born restauranteur and chef Renate — bringing over 25 years of authentic European culinary and hospitality experience — Knuckles 2 You takes you on a genuine Bavarian and Austrian culinary journey across Sydney, Wollongong, the Central Coast, and Newcastle.

Every dish is prepared fresh on board our custom commercial kitchen trailer using finest local Australian produce: from our signature slow-roasted Crispy Pork Knuckles (Schweinshaxe) and smoky 100% Gluten-Free German Sausages to freshly crumbed Chicken Schnitzels, loaded Bavarian Pretzels, and handmade Apple Strudel.
