Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Knuckles 2 You (hereinafter referred to as "Restaurant") and customers who visit the restaurant or avail themselves of the restaurant's services. The GTC apply in their current version.
Conclusion of Contract
A legally binding contract between the customer and the restaurant is established through the ordering of food and beverages or the utilization of the restaurant's services. The restaurant reserves the right to decline orders or services without providing reasons.
Prices and Payment Terms
The current prices for food, beverages, and services are listed on the menu or on the restaurant's website. All prices include applicable taxes. Payment is usually made in cash or by major credit or debit cards.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or changes to reservations must be communicated to the restaurant in a timely manner, either by phone or email. Cancellation and change conditions will be individually agreed upon with the customer.
The restaurant shall not be held liable for damages or losses arising from the use of its services or the consumption of food and beverages, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence. The restaurant specifically disclaims liability for allergic reactions or intolerances to certain foods or ingredients.
The restaurant reserves the right to modify these GTC and the Privacy Notice at any time. The current version will be published on the restaurant's website.
